Use the STATUS function to run a quick diagnostic or check your subscription quota

The CS.STATUS or CSSTATUS function is one of easiest, quickest ways to check your current connection and subscription quota.

If you're having connectivity issues, excessive errors or otherwise or want to see your current request quota, do the following:

  1. In a blank cell (with nothing in the cells around it), simply type:
    ​
    👉 Excel: =CS.STATUS()
    👉 Google Sheets: =CSSTATUS()
    ​
    ​
    ​The results should look similar to the below examples, only with your email and userId instead

⚠️ Important: if your Excel version does not support custom functions (aka formulas) you will not be able to use or run this function from a formula
